4. After entering the site, the materials shall be counted carefully to ensure no omission and error. They shall be stacked in a centralized and orderly manner according to the construction procedure for easy extraction. Open the work report and report to the construction unit for commencement.
2、 Construction steps of artificial grass laying:
1. Setting out: find the center point of the transportation site, and determine the standard position of each point and line on the transportation site according to the center point. 2. Move the artificial turf into the site and spread it out in the transverse direction, and push it from one end of the longitudinal side to the other end in turn.
3. Cut off the white grass line woven on the outside of the artificial lawn or cut the pond of the white lawn specially produced according to the actual needs and place it aside for use.
4. Lap the joints of the green artificial turf for 2-3cm, and cut it with a paper cutter to make the artificial turf on both sides as compact as possible.
5. Spread a 20-30cm wide special joint cloth for artificial turf along the joint of artificial turf. If it is wet by rain forest, it needs to be dried by half an angel Z. then, apply the special glue for artificial turf evenly on the joint cloth with rubber scraper plate, and then put the artificial turf on both sides together and stick it on the joint cloth. If the gap at the joint is large, it can be separated by 2-5cm at this time, and stretch to the joint to ensure the appearance of layman.
6. After the basic splicing of artificial turf is completed, the position of each functional line and point shall be determined again by pulling wire, and the cut artificial turf shall be cut with a paper cutter, the cut artificial turf shall be drawn out, the joint cloth shall be put in, the wrist water shall be scraped and painted, and the original prepared white grass line shall be brought back, and the wrist knot shall be compressed. It is difficult to draw arc in narrow area such as corner ball. The whole corner ball area can be cut off, cut into small pieces and put them back together one by one. 7. When the artificial turf is basically spliced, sand injection, rubber particle injection and hair brushing shall be started.
3、 Key points and precautions for construction process control of artificial grass pavement:
1. Measurement: measure the weight and recheck the size according to the drawings of artificial grass processing and ordering. If the actual measurement position is inconsistent with the order drawing, the artificial turf paving position shall be corrected based on the site center to ensure the overall effect of turf paving.
2. Positioning: according to the measurement data, determine the position of each marking point, mark well, and ensure the correct progress of the next i-sequence. 3. Scribe: scribe on the foundation surface according to the positioning points, and recheck whether the scribe is correct according to the ordering drawing: if any problem is found, it shall be corrected immediately.
4. Gluing pavement: the pavement key of the lawn shall be firmly glued with waterproof tape, and there shall be no defects at the joints, and there shall be no height difference. If it is found that the cushion layer is used for local leveling.
5. Sand injection shall be carried out according to the process requirements.
6. Trimming: the task of trimming process is to finish the trimming of joint edge, and the trimming operator checks the joint edge back and forth. If the newly paved artificial turf joint edge is found to be offset, multilateral and other phenomena, it shall be cut and trimmed.
4、 Emergency treatment during paving:
1. Rain: in case of rain emergency during the construction of artificial lawn pavement, the construction shall be stopped and covered with a tarpaulin to ensure the glue setting time.
2. Wind: in case of strong wind emergency in the process of pavement I, the pavement work shall be stopped immediately. If any sundries are found to be scraped into the underlay of the lawn, please remove them immediately.
