1. Injection of vulcanized rubber solution into the mold for pattern making, and then cooling the mold to make the blank of flowers or leaves;
2. Coloring will be realized by the following two methods:
(1) The roughcast from 1 will be immersed in the solution of vulcanized rubber of other colors, and then put forward for cooling;
(2) . the color spray gun can be used to spray out the required color on the blank obtained from 1;
3. The blank after 2 coloring is placed in the heat sealing machine, the heating temperature is controlled at about 200-300 ℃, and the finished product is formed after the blank is embossed by the die;
4. The whole manufacturing process can be completed by fixing the finished flower and leaf after 3-step heat closing on the plastic rod which is manually wound or made;
2、 Production of plastic flowers with cloth base:
1. The raw material of this step is pearl cotton, with a thickness of 0.5-1mm. The pearl cotton is placed in the model of the press and punched into a cloth base of simulation flowers;
2. Dip the cloth base obtained from 1 into the vulcanized rubber solution, and then put forward to cool it, and the vulcanized rubber will cure on it, so as to complete the rough production;
3. Coloring the blank obtained from 2 can be realized by the following two methods:
(1) . dip the blanks from 2 into the solution of vulcanized rubber of other colors, and repeat the operation of 2 steps;
(2) . the color spray gun can be used to spray out the required color on the blank obtained from 2;
4. After 3 coloring, the blank is placed in the heat sealing machine, and the heating temperature is controlled at about 60 ℃. The lower heating temperature is to avoid the pearl cotton as the cloth base melting at high temperature, and the blank is embossed by the mold to form the finished product;
5. The whole manufacturing process can be completed by fixing the finished flowers and leaves after 4-step heat closing on the plastic plastic rod manually wound or mechanically.
