The artificial turf drainage is generally in the form of seepage and drainage, and the underground seepage system is closely integrated with the structure of the site, mostly in the form of blind ditch (an underground drainage channel). The drainage slope range of the artificial turf foundation and outdoor ground is controlled within 0.3%~0.8%, the slope of the artificial turf field without water seepage function is not more than 0.8%, the slope of the artificial turf field with water seepage function is 0.3%, and the drainage ditch of the outdoor field is generally not Less than 400mm.
Construction process:
1. The water drop and rapid trough must be made of mortar structure. The height of the water drop step can be determined according to the terrain, geology and other conditions. The height of the multi-step step can be different at all levels, and its height to length ratio should be compatible with the original ground slope , The height of the step is generally not greater than 0.5~0.6m, generally 0.3~0.4m.
2. Falling water can be poured with mortar rubble or cement concrete. The thickness of the groove wall and the side wall of the stilling pool: the mortar rubble is 0.25~0.4m, and the concrete is 0.2m. The height should be at least 0.2m higher than the calculated water level. The bottom of the trough has a thickness of 0.25~0.4m, and the outlet is equipped with a water barrier.
3. Generally, there is a stilling sill for falling water. The top width of the sill is not less than 0.4m when it is installed, and there is a drain hole with a size of 5cm*5cm~10cm*10cm, so that when the water is interrupted, the stagnant water in the stilling pool is removed .
4. The water drop trough is generally constructed in a rectangular shape, but the height of the water drop is not large, and the longitudinal slope of the bottom of the trough is relatively slow. Trapezoidal cross-section can also be used. The trapezoidal drop trough body should be 0.5~1.0m before the steps and 1.0~1.5 behind the steps. Reinforce within m range.
5. The longitudinal slope of the rapid chute should generally not exceed 1:1.5, and it can be built with mortar and rubble or concrete.
6. In order to prevent sliding, a non-slip platform can be built on the back of the slope rapid trough to prevent sliding.
7. The bottom of the inlet and outlet troughs should be paved with rubble, and cement grout should be jointed. The length is generally not less than 10m. In some cases, a 0.2-0.5m long 2.5m anti-scouring paving should be laid downstream.
8. When the rapid flow trough is very long, it should be built in sections, and each section should not exceed 10m in length. The joints should be filled with waterproof materials and be dense and without gaps.
9. The rapid flow trough should be built into a rough surface, or embedded with about 10cm*10cm solid stones to reduce the flow rate.
10. For the cutting slope rapid trough with a large water catchment area, the size of the rapid trough should be increased and deepened, and energy dissipation facilities should be installed at the bottom to introduce the subgrade drainage system.
