And during this time, the number of cleanings should be minimized, especially not at high temperatures.
In addition, artificial turf is not like natural grassland, it often takes several weeks to use and weather to achieve the best sports performance. This period of time requires not only the stability of the grass fiber, but also the proper filling of the particles to achieve a comfortable and ideal state for long-term exercise.
2. Cleaning and decontamination
Rain is the best cleaner for artificial grass. It can gently clean the dust, pollen and other pollutants scattered on the grass fiber. In any case, the artificial grass field needs to remove garbage in time and reduce the following problems:
1. Place enough trash bins to avoid spilling the trash.
2. Draw a dedicated parking lane to reduce dirt and car marks on the sports ground.
3. Emphasize smoke-free environment. If possible, it is recommended to use chewing gum similar to cigarettes.
3. Small-scale cleaning
After the game, it will be easier to clean the paper, peanut shells, seeds, tape, etc. in a timely manner with a vacuum cleaner. A satisfactory vacuum cleaner can suck in shredded paper, food debris and surface dust.
When using these machines, there are a few points worth noting:
1. Brush type
The cleaning machine must have a synthetic fiber brush similar to nylon or polyolefin. The minimum length of the brush is 2.5 inches. The brush must not contain metal or wire.
2. Brush installation
The correct use of the cleaning machine will not carry away the rubber particles filled in the turf, so the installation of the brush deserves special attention. The specific installation method depends on the model of the cleaning machine. When the installed brush hardly touches the top of the grass fiber, the cleaning machine will work very well. Do not install the brush so low that it penetrates into the grass fiber, filler, or padding. When the brush is installed too low, it will damage the turf and affect the filling. We do not recommend using a cleaning machine to remove the dirt.
3. Temperature limit
In summer, if the temperature exceeds 33 ° C, please do not use the cleaner.
4. Vehicle gas emissions
In order to prevent fire or melting grass fibers due to excessive temperature, do not park the vehicle without the flame on the turf. No matter what kind of vehicle is used, do not discharge the vehicle's gas in the sports field.
5. Oil spill, etc.
During cleaning, prevent oil, grease, liquids, etc. from spilling or dripping onto your turf surface, because these liquids will discolor grass fibers, and must not spill acidic liquids similar to batteries on the grass.
6. Frequency
Generally, loose garbage is cleaned only when it is needed. In the period of frequent use of artificial grassland, cleaning is generally done twice a month.
7. Removal of stains
In most antifouling fibers, polyethylene is well known, because most stains are produced because of moisture, but polyethylene itself does not absorb moisture. Therefore, the "stains" on the polyethylene fiber should be washed with clean water or soapy water. The stains on the artificial grass are very easy to clean before they dry out and harden. Remove solid or putty-like stains
First scrape off with a spatula, then blot excess liquid with a towel, clothing or paper.
4. Procedures for removing stains and other defects
1. "Watery" scum
These stains are removed with a mild, granular household cleaner.
Typical "watery" stains

Use a sturdy fiber brush to sweep the scum. First scrub with soapy water, then rinse thoroughly with soapy water.

2. Huan stains or oil stains
Carbon rods, furniture stains, lipstick, metal polish, edible oil, rubber scratches, shoe polish, sunscreen oil, ballpoint pen oil, etc. can be wiped with a sponge dipped in perchloroethylene, and dried with a towel with strong absorption.
Paints, coatings, etc. should be removed in time, and can be wiped with turpentine or paint removers, and decontaminated with detergents and water. Rinse the detergent with cold water again and wipe it vigorously, wipe it with a sponge dipped in perchloroethylene, and repeat again if necessary.

4. Fungus or mildew point: 1% hydrogen peroxide can be poured into water, and after wiping, thoroughly soak in water.
Note: Do not shoot water with a powerful spray gun over 300psi, this will damage the grass.
5. Matters needing attention in the use of artificial turf:
The artificial turf sports field is only used for physical education classes and athletes' training competitions. It is not allowed to be used for other purposes. Professional sports shoes are required to enter the field.
It is forbidden to bring cigarette butts, tinder, infusion sugar, organic solvents, and chemicals into the venue.
It is forbidden to wear spike shoes with a length of 7mm to run on the lawn;
Prohibit any motor vehicles from driving on the lawn;
It is forbidden to put heavy objects on the lawn for a long time;
It is forbidden to deliberately lift the edge of artificial turf;
Shot, javelin, discus, or other high-drop exercises are prohibited on the lawn.
