1. Before entering the site for construction, the flatness, gradient and surface appearance of the foundation shall be tested, and the finishing measures and requirements shall be put forward. After meeting the requirements, the construction can enter the site.
2. Setting out (measurement), find out the center point and two semicircle centers of the site, draw a ruler and draw a line according to these three positioning points, determine the intersection point of the center line and the sideline of the site, then determine the exact position of each corner point and line on the site with the Pythagorean theorem, then determine the position of each function point and line, and pop up with ink line or paint line.
3. Spread the turf in the direction of the horizontal edge, and push it from one end of the vertical edge to the other end in turn. When spreading, try to make the white line woven on the turf at the position of the function line, and reduce the number of cuts.
4. Cut off the white grass line woven on the outer edge of the turf and failed to be placed on the functional line, and put it aside for use. If the white line is woven separately, it must be cut into the white line of the corresponding functional line width of the site by hand.
5. Lap each joint of green turf for 1cm, cut it from the center of the lap with a straw cutter and push knife to make the turf on both sides as compact as possible, and then trim it with a paper cutter.
6. Turn up the bottom of the turf at the joint, and the width of turning up on each side of the turf is about 50cm. Then spread the 25cm wide connection belt along the center of the turf joint, and brush the special glue on the bottom of the turf joint and the connection belt respectively. Brush the turf joint with a brush, and the width of the brush is 6cm. The connecting belt is evenly coated on the connecting belt with a rubber scraper. In order to achieve the best bonding effect, stir the glue fully or turn the packaging barrel several times before use to make the glue mix evenly. When brushing, the glue shall be applied in the same direction, which is conducive to expelling the air, improving the uniformity of the glue, and enhancing the adhesive force. Airing: after gluing, the glue will volatilize naturally. After gluing, it must be airing for a period of time until the solvent volatilizes completely, so as to avoid the adhesive layer sticking or blistering, which will affect the bonding quality. The drying time should not be too long, so as not to lose the adhesive layer, resulting in degumming. When the adhesive layer is dry film (about 5-25 minutes) / 25 ℃, it can be bonded. Bonding: during bonding, the turf on both sides shall be aligned and bonded to the connecting belt at one time, and it shall be pressed and compacted to make the bonding part tight and not move back and forth, so as not to affect the bonding effect. If the turf or connection is wet, it needs to be dried for half an hour.
7. After the basic splicing of turf is completed, the exact position of each functional line and point shall be determined by pulling wire again, and the cut straw shall be cut with a paper cutter, the cut straw shall be pulled out, the connecting belt shall be put in, the glue shall be scraped, and the original prepared white straw line shall be put back. After cementation, the rubber hammer shall be used repeatedly to hammer, so that the connecting part is tightly bonded.
8. When the artificial turf is paved and spliced, the folded part of the turf needs to be opened with a paper cutter, straightened and butted, cut off the overlapped part, and then cemented.
9. The turf shall be combed with a brush after it is completely bonded. For the first time, use the lawn brush to comb up the fallen grass wires of the whole field.
10. The whole site shall be set out according to the specification of 4m * 4m, and the quartz sand shall be evenly spread to the specified area according to the kilogram of sand injection per square meter of different grass height. The quartz sand shall be evenly distributed by the grass brush, and the grass line shall be combed up and combed vertically and horizontally once.
11. After the filling is completed, the grass fibers are combed vertically and horizontally with a brush once.
12. After the completion of the work, inspect and clear the site according to the quality requirements of artificial grass surface, and rectify the unqualified parts.
