1. Inspection and acceptance of basic works. Remove sundries in the foundation works, if there is any unevenness, it should be repaired and leveled in time. The construction site must be clean to ensure the cleanliness of the environment and construction quality. According to the design drawing plan, perform measurement and stakeout.
2. Use a steel tape measure to measure whether the surrounding facilities meet the size of the sports field, and make corrections if inappropriate.
3. Pavement paving:
(1) Lay non-woven fabrics along the length of the site, the arrangement direction must be 90 degrees with the arrangement direction of the lawn, and the non-woven fabrics are firmly bonded.
(2) Determine the court lines according to the length and width specifications of the lines in the drawings, and check that the lines after sticking must be straight.
(3) Lay the turf on the non-woven fabric according to the specifications, and the turf should be overlapped by 3-8mm.
(4) Cut the overlapped turf flush with a cutting knife, and the seam should not be larger than 3mm.
(5) Lay the joint cloth under the cutting area, brush the joint glue on the joint surface, and then join and tap firmly after the fingers are dry.
Lawn Bonding Process
Preparation before bonding:
1. The bottom surface of the turf, non-woven fabric, seam cloth, etc. to be bonded must be cleaned, and the surface should be dry and free of moisture.
2. The ambient temperature should be above 5°C for construction. It is not suitable for construction in rainy and rainy weather, otherwise it will lead to too long bonding time or even cause non-stick phenomenon.
Specific construction process:
(1) Gluing: It is required to use a brush to coat the surface with uniform thickness, and do not apply glue repeatedly, otherwise there will be foaming or even falling. The base cloth is coated with glue, and the thickness of the glue is strictly controlled. Pay attention to the appropriate speed of gluing. When gluing, it should be applied to the two bonding surfaces to be bonded.
(2) Adhesion: According to the actual influence of the temperature, humidity, air pressure and other conditions at that time, the drying time should be reasonably controlled. Generally, within 10-30 minutes after gluing, the glue reaches 80% to 90% dry and is not sticky to the touch. One-time alignment and adhesion are required when bonding. Never move the bonded objects back and forth after bonding.
(3) Pressurization: After bonding, remove the sundries on the surface, and use a special rubber hammer to hammer it from the bonding place to both sides, so that the surface is fully contacted and dense, and the bonding is firmer.
(4) Curing: The curing time is generally three days, and the final strength is generally ten days. Therefore, it is necessary to pay close attention to its maintenance during curing to avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, water immersion and movement, in order to achieve the best state of bonding.
(5) After bonding, clean the turf-cut fragments of the site before spreading quartz sand and rubber particles.
Quartz sand paving process
1. Sand filling process: in the grass seedlings, use quartz sand to fix the grass seedlings so that the grass seedlings do not fall down, fill the sand to within 1 cm of the remaining height of the grass seedlings, spread rubber particles on the surface of the grass seedlings, and spread them evenly. No ribbed sand shall be poured between the grass seedlings. prevent injuries to athletes.
2. When spreading, spread artificially in a straight line.
3. After the artificial turf field material has been installed, quartz sand and rubber particles can be laid.
4. For the laying of quartz sand, the application area is divided into small areas less than one square meter with the concept of integral method, and then 25% of the standard amount of quartz sand is filled.
5. The laying of quartz sand should be checked whether it is smooth and sufficient, and the deficiencies should be supplemented appropriately.
(1) Any impurities found in the paving should be removed immediately to ensure the quality.
(2) After the quartz sand paving is completed, it is necessary to use a hard brush to spread and brush back and forth to make the quartz sand fall fully and densely.
(3) Fill in the rubber particles on the quartz sand, and apply it in the same way as the quartz sand.
